Our office participated in a Fund Raiser for Dental Health Arlington on October 9th. The Dinner which was held at Walnut Creek Country Club featured a chef demonstration, meal and an auction all to benefit the sealant program “Smiles” sponsored by this Arlington organization. By placing sealants on cavity risk teeth of Arlington elementary students we can prevent decay and help preserve the teeth of these youngsters for a lifetime. The highlight of the evening was the live auction. Jay Ryan, the auctioneer, worked the room into a fever pitch as the Dallas Stars package was a lead item. Our office donated a Dallas Stars game jersey autographed by the whole team to complete this Stars game evening extravaganza. We had a number of patients who worked had to make this a successful fund raiser in which thousands of dollars were donated for this worthy organization. We are proud of them and needless to say we all “Shared That Smile”.
