“I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Kelsey Greene and Dr. Stephen Ratcliff! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Greene and Dr. Ratcliff are both professional, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to make sure their patients feel at ease.”

Every recommendation made here is made with your best interest as the only consideration. There is no production target driving treatment planning. If a tooth can be monitored, it will be monitored. If it needs treatment, you will understand exactly why. Trust has been earned here for decades.
Dental anxiety is real. Whether your hesitation is from a past experience, a fear of pain, or simply discomfort with the dental environment, we meet you where you are without judgment. Comfort options including nitrous oxide and oral sedation are available.
You will never leave confused about what we found, what we recommend, or what happens next. Even when you are referred to a specialist, you’ll always be in the loop.
The details matter in our clinical evaluation, treatment planning, lab work, and in your treatment. Dentistry done well lasts. Our investment in getting it right the first time is the foundation of everything we do.
Dr. Greene didn’t stumble into dentistry. She chose it deliberately, and chose to do it the right way.

After earning her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Roanoke College, Dr. Greene went on to VCU School of Dentistry and completed a General Practice Residency at the Washington DC VA. Her residency included a heavy focus on implants and advanced restorative dentistry, giving her a clinical depth most dentists spend a career trying to build.
Dr. Greene has dedicated significant time and resources to continuing education, seeking out some of the most respected programs in dentistry to continually refine her craft. Her advanced training includes The Pankey Institute, Spear Education, RipeGlobal Restorative Residency, ITI, Global Diagnosis, and the AAID Las Vegas Maxi Course.
For Dr. Greene, this investment in education is not simply about earning credentials - it is about continually growing as a clinician so she can provide thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s individual goals, comfort, and long-term health. She believes staying current with the latest techniques, technology, and approaches is part of the responsibility she has to the patients who trust her with their care.
When Dr. Greene met Dr. Ratcliff, she recognized something worth preserving - his gentleness, his meticulous care, and his patient-first values. Stepping into stewardship of the practice wasn’t simply a business decision, but a meaningful commitment to carry forward the trust and quality he established.
“I have worked in corporate dental offices before, feeling the pressure to make ‘sales’ rather than genuinely help people. That’s not why I became I dentist. I wanted to be in a place where I could make recommendations I truly believed in and build relationships that lasted.”
She and the team also give back locally, mentoring pre-dental students at UT Arlington and volunteering with Dental Health Arlington.
Dr. Greene is happily married with a three-year-old son, Tucker, and a black lab named Dot. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her running local races around the Metroplex, experimenting in the kitchen, or soaking up time with her family.

Dr. Ratcliff earned his doctorate from Baylor College of Dentistry and has never stopped learning. Over the course of his career, Dr. Ratcliff has pursued advanced studies in cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, and orthodontics. He built this place into one of Arlington’s most trusted dental practices.
Dr. Ratcliff has been described as a scientist, a teacher, a psychologist, an engineer, and an artist. That’s not an exaggeration — more like decades of exceptional dentistry, shaping smiles throughout Arlington and beyond.
Patients who have been coming here for years will tell you that Dr. Ratcliff is gentle, thoughtful, and meticulous. He listens. He explains. He never rushes. And his dentistry lasts.
“The benefit of creating new smiles, comfortably and affordably, is simply astounding. The payback goes right to the heart.”
Dr. Ratcliff enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, skiing, and capturing wonderful moments with the lens of a camera.
